Please Take a Seat Interior is a Chiang Mai-based interior architecture studio. We work across residential, commercial, and hospitality projects — each one shaped by a single commitment: to create spaces that are genuinely beautiful and deeply liveable.
We believe the best interiors are those you stop noticing — rooms so carefully composed that they simply feel right. That rightness is the result of attentive listening, considered material choices, and an obsessive attention to detail.
Every project begins with a conversation, not a mood board. We want to understand how you live, what you love, and what kind of space you've always wanted but never quite found.

We favour materials with character: stone, timber, plaster, ceramics. Things that age well and tell a story.

Our History
Studio founded in Chiang Mai with a focus on residential projects.
Expanded into commercial and hospitality design, completing our first café and boutique hotel interiors.
Grew to a full studio of architects, designers, and craftspeople. Opened projects in Chiang Mai and Koh Samui.
Continuing to take on projects that balance beauty with function — spaces designed to be truly lived in.
